Biogrow creates innovative substrates derived from biotechnology and complying with very demanding quality criteria.
All Biogrow factories are committed to delivering the same level and quality of production. To achieve this we have implemented a standardized Quality Management system across all our production sites.
From Raw Material: We purchase from approved suppliers only. Our Quality Control inspectors carry out routine inspections to ensure the stability of cocopeat quality. The raw material is dried on a concrete surface or tarpaulin and sieved manually and by machine to minimize impurities.
Before Production: We measure the moisture level again to make sure they meet our quality control standards.
Manufacturing: Samples are regularly collected by our Quality Control inspectors to check and record the moisture level, EC level, expansion behavior and the conformity of each order. Additional analyses (physicochemical and bacterial analyses) are regularly carried out by European laboratories.
Storage: To avoid any loss storage instructions are provided to our customers.
